Reservation
To ensure room availability, please make reservations via telephone or book online.
- Advance Payment: Advance payment in cash or through deposit/online payment is mandatory to confirm your reservation. Kindly read the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
- Rates: Rates displayed online are subject to change until the confirmation voucher is generated. Once you select a rate and complete the transaction, no other rate is applicable, and no refund is permissible.
- Estimated Cost: The estimated cost for your stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and fees. However, actual taxes, fees, and other charges applicable at the time of stay may vary from the estimates. You are responsible for any additional costs due to such changes.
- Currency Conversion: Currency conversions provided are estimates for informational purposes only. The final bill at checkout will be charged in the hotel’s local currency.
- Reservation Modification or Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations if fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity is suspected. Please present your reservation confirmation voucher and valid photo ID or Passport upon check-in, along with a valid credit card for incidental charges.
- Promotion and Sale Rates: Promotion and sale rates are non-refundable and may have restrictions. Limited inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions without prior notice.
- Additional Charges: Any extra services or amenities not included in your offer will be available at an additional charge.
- Combining Offers: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or benefits from Jaypee Hotels or third parties.
- Room Occupancy: Normal occupancy allows a maximum of two people per room. Additional persons may be accommodated for an extra charge.
- Deposit and Online Payment: A deposit or online payment equivalent to the total room nights booked is required in advance to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit / online payment to be paid in advance equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation.
- We accept deposits only against the Rupay, Visa ,MasterCard and UPI/ few wallet apps. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact the hotel’s reservations.
- Corporate reservations need to be secured by a company credit card. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact the Hotel’s Reservation.
- Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in the cancellation & early checkout policy.
- Cancellation and Early Checkout:If your plans change, please notify the Hotel Reservation in writing to request cancellation or amendments to your booking for a refund of your deposit. Here are the guidelines:
- For bookings made online, modification or cancellation requests will be automatically processed through the Internet Booking Engine. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the applicable modification/cancellation rules. If you rebook, you may need to pay a rate difference based on availability and the applicable rate for the new date or room type.
- Any additional charges or rate differences for modified reservations can be settled using the same payment mode or card used for the original reservation.
- Please note that modifications or cancellations made through the hotel’s reservations office or sales office cannot be further modified or canceled online.
- Refunds for reservations made through a Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent, and no online refunds will be provided.
- Non-cancellable bookings do not qualify for refunds.
- Certain room rates and types may have restrictions and limited benefits. If you prefer unrestricted rates and types, you can book rooms directly on www.meghanaconventions.com without any restrictions.
- Early checkouts are subject to payment for the entire confirmed reservation. If you are unsure about the policy, please contact the hotel for clarification.
- For multiple room reservations, all rooms are considered “reserved nights.” For example, if you reserve two rooms for four nights, it counts as eight reserved nights. The applicable cancellation period for such reserved nights is as follows:
- Reserved Room Nights: Full refund for Cancellation Period before arrival: 72 hours
- Reserved Room Nights: 70% refund for Cancellation Period before arrival: 48 hours
- Reserved Room Nights: Zero refund for Cancellation Period before arrival: 24 hours
- Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations may take two to four weeks to process, depending on various factors such as the hotel’s policy and banking procedures.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Normal check-in time is 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
- Modification Requests: Any modification requests are subject to availability at the time of request.
- Children and Infants: Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge without an extra bed. Additional charges apply for children between 5 to 12 years, and prevailing rates apply for children above 12 years old.
- Non-Arrival (No Show): Failure to arrive on the arrival date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and charges for the entire reservation.
- Shortened Stay (Early Check-Out): Shortened stays are subject to charges for the entire period booked, as per the hotel’s policy.
- Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability upon arrival and may not always be accommodated.
- Confirmation Voucher: Upon confirmation, a voucher will be generated that must be presented at check-in. Failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the hotel not honouring the reservation.
- Payment Security: Your personal and credit card information is secured with the latest technology for payment security.
